We Need Each Other!

But now are they many members, yet but one body. (1 Cor. 12:20)

Nobody is a whole chain. Each one is a link. But take away one link and the chain is broken.

Nobody is a whole team. Each one is a player. But take away one player and the game is forfeited.

Nobody is a whole orchestra. Each one is a musician. But take away one musician and the symphony is incomplete. . . .

You guessed it. We need each other. You need someone and someone needs you. Isolated islands we're not.

To make this thing called life work, we gotta' lean and support. And relate and respond. And give and take. And confess and forgive. And reach out and embrace.

The Finishing Touch

We absolutely need each other!

In some way, shape, or form we need each other. In some instances, I can operate on my own, but I will be the first to admit that I'm a very strong advocate of inter-dependence. Having an inter-dependent spirit allows us to be able to depend on others without sacrificing our independence.

Having an inter-dependent spirit and personality reveals that we have the ability to exhibit a healthy balance in our private as well as public lives. There is absolutely nothing wrong with exhibiting an inter-dependent spirit. Quite the contrary, it's among the healthiest and wholesome ways to live. Our dependence needs to first and foremost be on God Himself, secondly, on those that God has placed around us. We may be able to go about our lives alone for a short while, but there will always come a time when we will always need each other for any reason whatsoever. It is perfectly okay to always be in need of each other. That is how God created us. To be in need of Him and each other.

Thank you so much for reading this far my friends! May God continue to bless you and keep you in Jesus' mighty name! JESUS LOVES YOU AND SO DO I!!!!. . . . :-).
