Diligence And Faithfulness!

Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. (Psalm 100:2)

Servanthood implies diligence, faithfulness, loyalty, and humility.

Servants don't compete . . . . or grandstand . . . or polish their image . . . or grab the spotlight. They know their job, they admit their limitations, they do what they do quietly and consistently.

Servants cannot control anyone or everything, and they shouldn't try.

Servants cannot change or "fix" people. . . .

Servants cannot concern themselves with who gets the credit. . . .

Let's serve . . . in the name of Jesus.

The Finishing Touch

Diligence and faithfulness in a servant leader allows everyone around you to trust you and find you dependable in a moment of need. Diligence and faithfulness are qualities worth having because it will reveal to ourselves and everyone else around that we actually care about what we do and who we do those things for.

Jesus personified diligence and faithfulness during His earthly lifetime. In the same way Jesus personified those attributes in His private life and ministry, we must always do the same. I have heard it said many times that ministry starts at home and there is great truth to that. If we fail to be diligent and faithful in the little God has given us at home and at work, how can we possibly expect to be chosen to be diligent and faithful in larger things such as public ministry? That's a fair question to ask, right?

My dear friends, exercising diligence and faithfulness in all areas of our lives, public and private will reveal to the rest of your world how much importance you give to the things and people that God brings into your life.So friend, how faithful and diligent are you in everything that God has given you?

Thank you so much for reading this far my friends! May God continue to bless you and keep you in Jesus' mighty name! JESUS LOVES YOU AND SO DO I!!!!. . . . :-).
