Song Of Victory!

For the LORD your God is he that goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you. (Deut. 20:4)

I want to send a quick shout-out to all my fantastic friends...

YOU have the victory in Jesus Christ, our Lord!

My hope and prayer for every single one of you is that you can look forward to the rest of your day, week, month, year, and the rest of your lives with the assurance of victory. God is fighting our battles every single moment of our lives. As soldiers of Christ, we can march confidently in Him knowing without a shadow of a doubt that we will gain the victory over any strongholds that are in place against us.

My dear friends, Hebrews 11:1 tells us the following...

"Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."

Depending on God for victory requires faith as small as a mustard seed. Faith and hope are interchangeable as we walk a life of victory. Victorious living is not easily accomplished though. Victorious living sometimes comes at a cost. There is usually a price to pay to be victorious in a particular area. In most cases, it will require practice with a focus, passion, and discipline in an attempt to be the very best or among the very best at what you do. The beauty of it all is that no competition is required - just a show of support.

One of my aspirations is to become a John Maxwell Certified coach and public speaker. In order for me too be able to experience victory in this field - focus, passion, and discipline will be required of me to be able to make a lasting impact in the marketplace and most especially in our churches. There are already people out there who have already been doing this line of work for a very long time.

Those people are passionate about making a lasting impact and impression that will rub off on them for many years to come. I have always been a firm believer that passion trumps experience every time. It is more than possible to experience victory in the things that you love and are passionate about. I have a friend who has a passion for scuba diving and he has earned a degree in teaching. Guess what ends up doing!

He combined his passion for scuba diving and his love for teaching and became a scuba diving instructor. He attributes all his success and victories to the Lord on a daily basis. My friends, you can accomplish that and so much more in your life as you surrender every single detail of your life to Jesus, especially the details of your calling and work.

Are you ready to experience victory in Jesus Christ?

I know I do! I also hope and pray the same for all of my awesome friends as well! God is indeed Faithful and True and there's no doubt that victory is right around the corner. Keep this in mind...

In order to break out from a stronghold, you have to break through the walls that surround you.

Thanks again for reading and following Christian Living my awesome friends! May God continue to bless you and keep you in Jesus' mighty name! Jesus loves you and so do I!!!...:-). Without further ado, I want to bring to all of you Song Of Victory by Planetshakers. Here's the lyrics below...ENJOY!!!...:-D

Get up on your feet
Get up on your feet and praise

Weʼre moving forward now, nothing will hold us back
With every step weʼll give You praise
We are victorious, ʻcause You have come to us
We know the battle is Yours

Death couldn't hold You down
In You my faith be found

Come on, come on make it louder, this song of victory
Come on, come on lift Him higher, the One who set us free
Come on, come on shout it louder, itʼs time to celebrate
Come on, come on donʼt stop praising, ʻcause we are free today

Fill Me Now!

Quench not the Spirit. (1 Thessalonians 5:19)

Fill me now Lord...fill me now!

Those should be the words of every single Christian around the world. In John 14:15-31, Jesus promised His disciples that He will give them a Counselor, that He may be with you forever---the Spirit of Truth. Without elaborating in the details contained in the above portion of Scripture, Jesus is making a reference to the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is enveloped in "mystery" since the majority of humanity has yet to get a total and complete understanding of Who the Holy Spirit is. Given the complexity of this topic, I definitely want to keep this short and sweet. In a nutshell, the Holy Spirit is the third Person in the Holy Trinity that is currently present in every single believer. The Holy Spirit is the One Who provides us with the guidance, protection, and revelation during key moments of our lives.

When the Holy Spirit is abiding within us, there is far more to His presence than just the occasional goose bumps. The Holy Spirit will intercede on our behalf in prayer when we don't know how to pray. He will also convict us of any wrongdoing to anyone that we have wronged. He comforts us. He assures us. He instills boldness in us when faced with adversity. There are countless things that He can do for us.

The Holy Spirit is not limited to geographical boundaries. Even though Jesus is God, due to His physical nature, there were limitations. That is how we get the term 100% God...100%Man. I have known of numerous instances where the Holy Spirit directed me to post something on Facebook that will make an eternal impact in the life of someone else. As a result, that other person responds that it was an answered prayer.

The Holy Spirit is also known as the Spirit of Truth. As long as we walk in the truth of God's Word in our lives and we reflect those truths in our everyday living, the Holy Spirit will continue to demonstrate His power over our lives and the lives of those that we end up crossing paths with. The Holy Spirit can use us to minister to the lives of people anywhere around the world regardless of cultural differences. I'm extremely confident in the Lord that the Holy Spirit ministers to people through the music videos and words contained in every single blog post.

It is because of the Holy Spirit, not just modern technology, that I can reach out and touch all of you as I pray for all of you as the Holy Spirit counsels me and intercedes on my behalf so that everyone that reads these words are ministered in a very special and unique way that is exclusively tailored to the unique situation that you may be facing. There is so much more that can be elaborated on in regards to the Person of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit's role in your life is as simple as making the request at the beginning of this post:

"Fill me Lord...fill me now!"

I encourage you to open your day with those words and watch how the Holy Spirit will demonstrate His power through your life. It is because of my passion for Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit in my life that I can consistently provide the best possible content God has enabled me in spite of the reality of the medical condition Essential Tremors. It is by God's grace, mercy, and love for me and all of you that Christian Living is able to make it to the computers and mobile devices to people all around the world.

Thanks again for reading this far my awesome friends! May God continue to bless you and keep you in Jesus' mighty name! Jesus loves you and so do I!!!...:-). Without further ado, I want to bring to all of you Fill Me Now by Planetshakers. Here's the lyrics below...ENJOY!!!!...:-D.

P.S. - Help me pray for a radical financial and physical breakthrough friends! It will be greatly appreciated!...:-)

I think about You everyday
Thankful that You've washed my sins away
Knowing that it's love that brought me to Your side

I feel Your Spirit in my heart
Drawing me so ever close to You
Longing for the touch of You upon my life

All I know it's not by might or by my power
But it's by the Spirit of the Lord

Fill me now Holy One
Fill me to overflowing
Touch me now Worthy One
Your Power keeps me going
Breathe on me breath of life
I need You to fill me over
Come and breathe on me

Heal Our Land!

If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. (2 Chron. 7:14)

Let's cut to the chase!

All of us need healing in our lives in some way, shape, or form. All of us can use and appreciate God's healing touch in a particular area of our lives. Healing is required if we are going to be able to move forward in Jesus' name. In the above scripture verse, there are a series of steps that are required for us to not only experience healing in our individual lives, but in our families, in our communities, and as a result, our land will be healed.

Here are the following steps to eventually finding healing in every single area of our lives as Christians:

1)Humble yourselves - If we fail to humble ourselves, our ego and pride will play a more definitive role in the downfall of our lives.

2)Pray - Prayer is a must my friends! As Christians, this should be non-negotiable as we are not only to develop a more intimate relationship with God, but also get a better understanding of what God wants to share with you.

3)Seek His face - Let's admit it friends! We are all creatures of habit and as a result the first thing we do when faced with a need is seek God's hand instead of His face. As we pray, ask God to help you seek His face especially when faced with times of trouble and uncertainty.

4)Turn from your wicked ways - This fourth step is a layman's way of saying repent. Repentance is a MAJOR requirement if we are going to successfully incorporate the above three steps into our lives. Without repentance, we are essentially spiritually blind and will lack the discernment to be able to listen to God and those He places around us.

Once we have been able to succeed in incorporating those four steps into our lives, God will then be able to hear from heaven, forgive us of our sins, and HEAL OUR LAND. In order for us to genuinely heal our land, the healing has to begin within each and every one of us. Let's face it friends! We cannot and will not ever be able to heal our land if we don't seek God and His kingdom for the healing that is required in our own lives. Healing our land begins in YOU AND ME.

Thanks again for reading and following me on our journey to healing our respective lands and the world in general. May God continue to bless you and keep you in Jesus' mighty name my friends! Jesus loves you and so do I!!!...:-). Without any further delay, I want to bring to all of you Heal Our Land by Planetshakers. Here's the lyrics below...ENJOY!!!...:-D

Our hearts are waiting for You.
Our hearts are waiting for You.
Earnestly seeking awaiting our healing.
Yes our hearts are waiting for You.
We humble ourselves and pray.
We humble ourselves and pray.
Your love never failing our
God ever reigning.
We humble ourselves and pray.

Heal our land.
We need Your love.
Restore us.
Restore us.
We need
Your touch again.

Arise arise.
Around us shine.
Finally hope is here hope is here.

Hallelujah To The Lord!

And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigns. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to him: for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his wife has made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteous acts of saints. And he said unto me, Write, Blessed are they who are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he said unto me, These are the true sayings of God. (Rev. 19:6-9)

I want to open this post with a question.

Where would we be without Jesus?

As I write this post, I'm going through a pretty rough season in my life. So many concerns. So many worries. So many uncertainties. Living life as a Christian has a unique set of challenges. One of my mentors once told me and this stuck with me for the rest of my life.

"With every new level...there's a new devil."

I remember the days when I first accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I remember being "on fire" and zealous to do God's work at a moment's notice. As the years went by, the fire remained in the very belly of my soul, but it wound up being underneath all the circumstances and burdens of life. The zeal has almost lost its sizzle and all of a sudden I find myself plateaued. Right now as we "speak", I am walking through the desert and wilderness of life.

Looking at where I am right now, I cannot help but think about Elijah. Elijah, an anointed prophet of God suffered a great deal because of the calling God had over His life. As a result of the persecution he received at the hands of Jezebel and so many others, God took Elijah and used him powerfully and in a manner that was unique to the people in the period of which he lived.

In a nutshell, I also see my life developing in more or less the same way. Every single time I have been knocked down and persecuted, whether it be by my own friends and family or by some unknown entity, God has continuously remained Faithful and True to me and my life by continuously surrounding me with people of prayer. As a result, I have grown in wisdom and strength. Does all this mean that I'm out of the woods? Absolutely not!

It goes back to the question that I opened this post with. Where would we be without Jesus? That's a very fair question to ask all of you and yourself, especially when faced with a new devil on every level in your relationship with God. Be encouraged my friends and never give up on God because He will never give up on you!

Thank you so much for reading this far my friends! May God continue to bless you and keep you in Jesus' mighty name! Jesus loves you and so do I!!!...:-). Without further ado, I want to bring to all of you Hallelujah To The Lord by Planetshakers. Here's the lyrics below...ENJOY!!!...:-D

In the darkness let there be light.
In the sorrow let joy arise.
As Your kingdom fills the earth.
God our Saviour
giver of new birth.

Let all sickness bow its knee to Christ our Saviour our victory.
By His death at calvary
I’m forgiven I have been set free.

Hallelujah to the Lord.
Hallelujah to our God.
Lift Him higher above all things.
Christ our Saviour
King above all Kings.

Strength in weakness.
Hope for the poor.
Chains are broken my life restored.
Grace abounding unending love.
There is no one no one like our God.

Holy Holy is the Lord God Almighty.
Holy Holy is the Lord is the Lord.

With All My Heart!

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. (Psalms 51:10)

There have been a couple of occasions when I have posted a prayer of salvation on a few posts. It is with all my heart that I do this because the days we live in a treacherous. In light of the recent bombing in Boston during the Boston Marathon, I cannot help but think about the people that have been killed and injured (some in critical condition at the writing of this post).

Have those people given their heart to Jesus before, during, or even after the event unfolded?

Events such as this one and 9/11 often provide more questions than answers. I used to volunteer on behalf of  American Red Cross and have experienced firsthand the terror of your life flashing right before your eyes. No matter what part of the world we are from, death is always knocking on the door. This fact alone should always motivate us to think about where we will end up spending eternity. I'm not going to get too far into it, but the above question should warrant enough thought about this life and the next.

This post is somewhat sobering, yet holds the promise of hope because of the fact that Jesus is available for those who really desire to have an intimate relationship with Him. When I made the decision to give Jesus ALL my heart, did I have certain concerns such as losing friends and even family members in the process? Of course! Yet, I have been able to find more comfort in the fact that I'm promised eternal life not because of what I have done, doing, or am about to do, but because of what Jesus has done for me.

My dear friends, tomorrow is not promised to any of us. How many times are we going to continue to deny the rightful place of Jesus Christ in our lives? This is a very valid question because we can get buried underneath a flurry of activity without thinking where we would end up spending eternity. No one at the Boston Marathon and Twin Towers would have thought that such a dreadful event would eventually fall upon them.

The most miraculous part is that God chooses to use people like you and me to become heroes of faith as we provide them with hope of Jesus, not just in this life, but in the life to come. As a former volunteer for the American Red Cross, I know what it is like to provide humanitarian needs as well as spiritual needs to those desperate for a helping hand. It is because of my heart for Jesus and the experience of providing both humanitarian and spiritual needs that I write to this day.

My dear friends, my hope and prayer is that you will make yourself available to Jesus to be His hands, feet, and voice to this lost and dying world. Tragedy can do one of two things. Tragedy can either paralyze you with fear or tragedy can instill the courage of Joshua. God left the following words to Joshua...

Have not I commanded you? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be you dismayed: for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go. (Joshua 1:9)

WOW! Those are what I call powerful words!...:-)

Thank you so much for reading this far my friends! May God continue to bless you and keep you all in Jesus' mighty name! Without any further delay, I want to bring to all of you With All My Heart by Plantshakers. Always remember...Jesus loves you and so do I!!!...:-). Here's the lyrics below...ENJOY!!!...:-D

[Verse 1:]
Create in me
A heart that's clean
Make my spirit new
'Cause all I want is you

[Verse 2:]
Restore to me
Salvations joy
Teach me your way
'Cause all I want is you
All I want is you

With all my heart I will worship
With all my soul I will sing your praise
With everything that is in me
I will glorify your holy name

[Repeat verse 2]

[Repeat chorus twice]

[Repeat lots of times:]
I will bless the Lord

Repeat chorus

Repeat lots of times:
I will bless the Lord

You're All I Need!

Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths. (Prov. 3:5-6)

It's official! As of this very moment and post, I have dubbed myself as "King Planetshaker"...:-D. I have had the honor and privilege of being able to play music videos from various contemporary christian music artists, gospel artists, and other praise bands from both the United States and Australia. Out of Australia, we have the likes of Darlene Zschech, Hillsong, and Martha Munizzi. If there are other praise bands out of Australia that I'm missing, please forgive me. Those are the three names that I have heard about the most often since I accepted Jesus as my Savior.

Then the Planetshakers have come into my life. Their music is similar in so many ways compared to the aforementioned names above. The Planetshakers have pulled me in because of the way they are branded. When I saw one of their music videos for the first time, I could not help but be impressed with the way their stage was set up. To the eye that has never seen this band or to the ear that has never heard of them, there's always the possibility that they would be easily branded as a secular band.

Upon further observation, I could not be any further from the truth in regards to the nature of this amazing band. You're probably thinking. Why is Christian Living paying homage to Planetshakers? As far as I'm concerned, that's a fair question. Oddly enough, it is not the Planetshakers that I'm actually paying homage to. I'm paying not only homage, but continual praise and worship to the King of kings and the Lord of lords, Jesus Christ.

I could easily have payed homage to the aforementioned names above, but it was Planetshakers that has made the single biggest impact in my life. As a result, their videos have been the most widely chosen of any particular band, duet, or solo artist. It was during some of the most difficult seasons of my life when I often found myself watching, listening, and even reading the lyrics of their songs. From a spiritual standpoint, Planetshakers has, is, and always be a difference-maker when it comes to praise and worship music, especially in my life.

I even take their music with me on my iPhone and have a playlist with just their music on it on the Spotify app. The proof is in the pudding my friends and I honestly believe that so many others have also benefited from listening to them. The song in this post, You're All I Need is a direct revelation of the heart of this band. Since everything I do here at Christian Living is all about Jesus, there could not be a more fitting title to the 100TH POST of Christian Living as this one.

Wow! God has indeed been Faithful and True in the writing of this post and will continue to look forward to seeing what God will accomplish through said site. Not only do I know, but the Planetshakers also know that Jesus is all we need. I must admit, I'm extremely excited about writing about what has turned out to be my favorite band. It simply shows in the volumes of video that have been incorporated into the blog posts. To God be ALL the glory, ALL the honor, and ALL the praise forever and ever!

Thanks for reading this far my friends! I know this will be one of the longest posts I will ever make, but it is worth it...:-). May God continue to bless you and keep you in Jesus' mighty name my friends! Jesus loves you and so do I!!!...:-) Without any further delay, I want to bring to all of you You're All I Need by Planetshakers. Let's SHAKE THIS PLANET FOR JESUS friends! Here's the lyrics below...ENJOY!!!...:-D

Your grace is all I need
Your love is all I ever wanted
Your presence in my life
Jesus Your touch is my desire

My heart it sings for You
My every breath is Yours my Jesus
I live to worship You
Jesus You're everything

You are all I want
You are everything I need
My soul thirsts for You
You are more than life to me

You're all I need
You're all I need
You're all I need

You're all I live for

There's Freedom!

Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. (2 Cor. 3:17)

In the last post titled "Deeper!", I posted a short thought that also included a prayer of salvation for those of you that either are or know someone that hasn't come into the saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If you have prayed that prayer, then you will either eventually find freedom in Christ or will one day find out for yourself or from someone else. God has His agents, people like me, that have a passion for sharing the love of Jesus Christ with everyone we "rub shoulders" with.

My hope and prayer is that the prayer of salvation has made an eternal impact in your life in such a miraculous manner, that you will experience the richness of being free in Jesus. My friends, it's also important to note that freedom in Christ comes at a costly price. Don't be discouraged when family, friends, even your loved ones reject you because of your new-found relationship with Jesus. No one will love you the way He will love you. On top of that, He will also find a way to deliver you from any potential harm.

Granted, there will also be situations that God will allow you to be in where your relationship with Him may be challenged. As a "22-year old follower" of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, there have been moments when my faith has been challenged, His relationship to me has often been questioned and the list of tension-filled moments can go on and on forever. In December of 1990, I never would have thought that the Christian walk would be this difficult. But it has. I will never imply under any circumstances that being a Christian is easy because it's not.

As a result, I have become a very firm believer and follow of my Lord Savior Jesus Christ. My faith in Him continues to mature to this day. There are still lots of growing pains in this learning experience. There is still so much about Jesus that I have yet to get to know more intimately. Regardless of where I am right now in my walk with Jesus, I know He has made a very profound difference in my life and that is why I have come to fall in love with my Jesus and write about my experiences for all of you to know. Without Jesus in my life, I would never be free.

My dear friends, Jesus stands before us with His arms wide open and ready to receive us into His loving embrace. I encourage you to experience Jesus like you have never experience Him before. God has wonderful plans for every single one of His children. The real road to freedom begins with Jesus! I write because Jesus loves me and I love Him. Our real reward is waiting for us in Heaven. Are you ready to receive with a joyful heart and spirit?

Thanks again for reading this far my awesome friends! JESUS loves every single one of you so much...and so do I!!!...:-). May God continue to bless you and keep you in JESUS' mighty name! Without further delay, I want to bring to all of you There's Freedom by Planetshakers. Here's the lyrics below...ENJOY!!!...:-D

[Verse 1:]
We gather your praises
We're making it loud
And all of creation
Will join in the sound

[Verse 2:]
The song of your freedom
Is all around
And we the redeemed will
Shout it out

This is the shout of victory
This is the shout 'cos we are free

You are high and lifted up
More than anything
All creation lifts You higher and higher
We shout this song of victory
And we'll keep singing
In Jesus there's freedom

This is the moment this is the hour
This is the time we're gonna shout it out
You are our freedom You are alive
Jesus Jesus

Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit; (Titus 3:5)

I can never get enough of Jesus! Yes, YOU heard that right! Jesus is and always will be enough for me! Jesus is the reason why I have chosen to write Christian Living and have continued to do so until this very day. As a result, I have been able to connect with so many wonderful people from not only around this country, but all around the world.

It's all about Jesus!

I want to keep this particular post short and sweet as I will post another prayer of salvation along with lyrics to this song. I strongly encourage you to share this post with your loved ones and friends as we live for Christ and He also lives in our hearts, minds, and souls. Thanks for reading this and visiting the rest of Christian Living my friends! May God continue to bless you and keep you all in Jesus' mighty name! Jesus loves you and so do I!!!...:-). Without any further delay, I want to bring to you Deeper by Planetshakers and then follow up with the most important part of this post, the prayer of salvation. God bless you and enjoy in Jesus' name!...:-D

I want to know You,
I want to hear Your voice
I want to feel You,
More than before
I want to touch You,
I want to see Your face
I want You Jesus,
More than before

More of You, Jesus I want more
More of You, My Lord

Take me deeper, Than I’ve been before
Take me further, God I long for more
Take me higher, Than I’ve been before
Jesus I want more, Jesus I need more

More of You,
More of You, Jesus
More of You,
I need more of You

Dear God in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness.

I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin.

You said in Your Holy Word, Romans 10:9 that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved.

Right now I confess Jesus as the Lord of my soul. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved.

Thank you Jesus for your unlimited grace which has saved me from my sins. I thank you Jesus that your grace never leads to license, but rather it always leads to repentance. Therefore Lord Jesus transform my life so that I may bring glory and honor to you alone and not to myself.

Thank you Jesus for dying for me and giving me eternal life.

If you just said this prayer and you meant it with all your heart and you have repented for your sins, we believe that you just got saved and are born again.  You may ask, "Now that I am saved, what's next?" First of all you need to get into a bible-based church, and study God's Word. Once you have found a church home, you will want to become water-baptized. By accepting Christ you are baptized in the spirit, but it is through water-baptism that you show your obedience to the Lord. Water baptism is a symbol of your salvation from the dead. You were dead but now you live, for the Lord Jesus Christ has redeemed you for a price! The price was His death on the cross. May God Bless You!

For we have not followed cunningly devised myths, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. (2 Pet. 1:16)

I must admit. This will probably be one of the most difficult posts to write. It will be difficult to write because it would be very difficult to describe God's majesty with our finite minds. Quite frankly, the best we could do in describing God's majesty or any of His other character attributes would be the word "awesome".

Ha! Not even the word "awesome" could even begin to scratch the surface of God's majesty. Jesus Christ comes to mind when describing God's majesty because those of us who were around to physically see Jesus could often describe the miracles performed during His ministry here on Earth as majestic. The resurrection of Lazarus is something that can be easily described as majestic.

Even before Jesus was brought to our world in human form, God Himself did miraculous acts on behalf of the nation of Israel. Everything from delivering them from the hands of the Egyptians to the parting of the Red Sea can be seen as majestic. God's majesty encompasses all of us today. Think about it!

The many things that we may take for granted such as being able to wake up in the morning and experience a whole new day can be seen as majestic. To be able to experience God's presence and peace in our lives in spite of whatever struggles we may have at the moment can also be seen as majestic. God's majesty can also been seen in the changing of the seasons. God's majesty can also be seen in the beauty of nature. God's majesty can also be seen in people like you and me.

Is our God an "awesome" God? Yes! He reigns from Heaven above with wisdom, power, and love! Our God IS indeed an awesome and majestic God! My dear friends, let us celebrate together God's majestic presence and love in our lives. He is indeed worthy of all the praise, all the glory, and all the honor. Yes, this majestic God loves you so much and truly cares about you more than you will ever know.

Thanks again for reading and sharing Christian Living with your friends and loved ones my friends! It's all about Jesus and He is so worth it! May God continue to bless you and keep you all in Jesus' mighty name my friends! Jesus loves you and so do I!!!...:-). Without further delay, I want to bring to all of you Majesty by Planetshakers. Here's the lyrics below...ENJOY!!!...:-D.

[Verse 1]
Rising, I feel my heart sing,
His praises, our Lord and King,
The wonder, the majesty,
Welcome, the King of glory in,

Every tribe and tongue,
Every land will sing your praise,
Till the end of time, we'll sing,

All majesty, to the God of creation,
All majesty, God of all generations,
This anthem we sing, to the God of all nations,
All majesty, we sing,

No Compromise!

And he answering said, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself. (Lk. 10:27)

Our world today are full of compromises. Some healthy. Some not so healthy or outright disastrous. Personally, I want to thank God Almighty for where I am today. I say that because there have been numerous occasions throughout my lifetime where I have had many not-so-healthy or outright disastrous compromises. In spite of those moments, I must also thank God for the many occasions that I have made the right decisions and as a result, have a lot of healthy compromises.

The reality of it all is that we live in a sin-filled world that is colored gray all around us. With so many opportunities for both good and bad compromises, how do we effectively know for sure which compromise will hurt us or benefit us? Since I'm always in the habit of constantly forcing myself to look at life and all of its issue from a biblical vantage point, I must also do the same with this incredibly sensitive issue.

As Christians, it is vitally important that we walk in alignment with all three People in the Holy Trinity. Whenever I find myself facing a crossroad, the temptation to compromise in unhealthy ways becomes very evident. To combat unhealthy compromise, I often do three things to stay in alignment with all three People in the Holy Trinity. Here's my personal 3-step program:

1) I continuously thank God for His Presence in my life and how He has continuously delivered me from some pretty precarious situations throughout my life.

2) Without Jesus in my life, I would be HOPELESSLY LOST. The question "What would Jesus do?" would always come to mind or God would use someone else to bring that to light.

3) The Holy Spirit is a must in my daily living. The Holy Spirit continuously guides me, directs me, admonishes me in the good, in the bad, and in the ugly times of my life. With the Holy Spirit present in my life, the have been some very critical situations where He has personally delivered me from where I would have otherwise sold me soul to Satan in pursuit of worldly fame and riches.

This is my personal approach to how I confront any kind of unhealthy compromises in my life. When it comes to healthy compromises, there would evidently be a peace that will surpass any understanding that I could possibly have or conjure up. Where would we be without all 3 of these People in our lives?

I want to thank you all for reading this far friends! Please feel free to share you comments below. I promise that I will respond to you as quickly as I possibly can! With that said, and without further delay, I want to bring to all of you No Compromise by Planetshakers. May God continue to bless you and keep you in Jesus' mighty name! Jesus loves you and so do I!!!...:-). Here's the lyrics below...ENJOY!!!...:-D

I've made up my mind
No compromise
I will live for You
Because of the Cross
And what it cost
I will go for You

Shout His name out!
Shout His name out!

I am not ashamed of You
I'm singin' it loud
I am living for You now
No matter what it costs I'll go

This praise is rising in my soul
I can't contain it any more
I just have to dance!

Dance Now!

Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp. (Psalms 149:3)

Honesty time.

I have a public confession to make and this will literally rattle the fabric of my being. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DANCE!!!....:-(.  One would think that being Latino I would be a natural at dancing. Guess what. I'm not. Since I just cleared the air for a moment, now it's time for the REAL REASON why I'm doing this post.

As I was watching the above music video, I saw myself dancing FOR THE LORD on my chair. Huh? I thought you (Micky) told us that you (Micky) didn't know how to dance! While it is true that I may not ever make it as a Salsero (someone who dances Salsa) , Merenguero (someone who dances Merengue) or even do the Texas Two-Step, one thing is for certain, I will dance for the Lord and do it in a manner that pleases Him and glorifies Him.

God's method of dance and praise is dramatically different from that of the world. In the world, it has a whole lot to do with pleasing the flesh and our physical senses such as sight, smell, and so on. In our churches or in any other kind of Christian event that involves dancing, it has a lot more to do with lifting our praises and worshiping God instead of focusing on ourselves.

An awesome man of God named King David danced before God and even played the harp. King David is an example of what it's like to dance in open worship to the Lord while giving Him the praise, the glory, and the honor. As we dance in the presence of God, there is an uplifting of the Spirit where all of our prayers and petitions are continuously being lifted up, but as a result of that, we are also being blessed and in the process of sharing the blessings with others as we are enveloped in the very presence of God.

This kind of dance is the most intimate dance that can be experienced by any human being and it requires being one with God in mind, body, heart, and Spirit. It requires our ability to be sensitive in the Holy Spirit as God will use us to minister to others with an encouraging word and so on. Dancing for the Lord has a more liberating effect as well intimate while God embraces you and dances with you in an act of worship. Wow!...:-)

With that said, am I actually going to learn how to be a fantastic dancer one day? Maybe ballroom dancing will work for me and my future spouse as this is as close as it gets to dancing for the Lord. Ok, nowhere near as close. You get the drift. On a human level, ballroom dancing provides us with a level of intimacy that parallels dancing with the Lord. In ballroom dancing, you can see how much the couples dancing are intimately involved with one another.

In dancing with the Lord, it is no different. It just so happens that Jesus becomes our dance partner. As Christians, it will never get any better than that. Because Jesus is the Lover of our lives, we have every reason to dance and dance before His Presence with reckless, but deliberate abandon. Even though I have never attempted to dance on the dance floor before, I have danced before my Heavenly Father before the altar of praise numerous times before. I will never changed that for the worldly form of dance. To God be the glory!

Thank you for reading this far! Without any further delay, I want to bring to all of you Dance Now by Planetshakers. May God continue to bless you and keep you all in Jesus' mighty name friends! Jesus loves you and so do I!!!...:-). Here's the lyrics below....ENJOY!!!

I'm not holding back
I've got to give You praise
With every part of me I'm breakin' out
I've got to let You know
That You're my everything
With every part of me I'll praise you now

And I will dance and sing
You know I'm gonna shout it out
For You my King
'Cause You are all I need now

It's time to get up and dance
'Cause we're free now
It's time to lift up your praise
And shout it out now
It's time to break off the chains
'Cause it's a brand new day
And everything is ok
Let's dance!

Dance now
Everybody shout now
Liftin' up our praise loud
Dancing in this freedom we know

For now we see in a mirror dimly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. (1 Cor. 13:12)

I must admit. Looking at a mirror can be scary sometimes. :-)

The most amazing part about being able to see ourselves in the mirror is that it gives us a chance to see any imperfections that can potentially embarrass us if we end up overlooking them. Evidently, we all know that I'm actually making a reference to our physical appearance. There's also another kind of appearance that we must be equally or more attentive of. That is our spiritual appearance.

Just imagine how scary it appears when we see ourselves in the mirror and we see the bags under our eyes, wrinkles in the most widely seen places so on and so forth. SCAREEEEE....:-D. Please forgive me friends. I'm definitely trying not to make too much light of this, but I have to bring it up because of the realistic possibility that our spiritual nature can be even scarier once we shed some light on it.

The light of Jesus Christ sheds light on everything. The good. The bad. The ugly. Yes, I just said ugly. Just not in the way you may be thinking. As we reflect the light of Jesus Christ into our own lives and into the lives of those around us, it is amazing to see the many wonderful qualities that are within each and every single one of us. The main purpose of Jesus' light is to reveal the most beautiful qualities within us.

Granted, His light will also reveal those things that we don't want to see in ourselves. There is a distinct purpose in why Jesus' light reveals our "dark side". The whole point to this angle is so that we can see what is hindering us from having an intimate relationship with God and having a fruitful and blessed relationship with the people that God places in our lives.

As Christians, we have a wonderful opportunity to reflect the light of Jesus Christ no matter what and how we look like. It will not matter what our cultural background, upbringing, and experiences we have gone through. What will matter is that in order for us to be effective witnesses of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we must be able to reflect His light. As a result, God will have all the glory because of His miraculous ability to use vessels like you and me in spite of our imperfections and shortcomings.

Are you ready to be a "reflector" for Jesus as we carry out the great commission to the four corners of the world?

With that being said, I want to thank all of you for reading and following Christian Living my friends! May God continue to bless you and keep you all in Jesus' mighty name. Jesus loves you and so do I!!! Without any further delay, I want to bring to all of you Reflector by Planetshakers. Here's the lyrics below...ENJOY!!!!...:-)

Since I've found your love
I've never needed anything to fill my heart
Even when I fall
You're always there with open arms to pick me up
From the start I knew
No one else could make me feel the way you do
Everyday i want to grow
Just a little bit closer, just a little bit closer

I want to be a reflector
I want to shine with your glory
I want to let the whole world know that you're
Living in me

I want to burn with your fire
Shine my light a little brighter
I want to let the whole world know that
Jesus Lives in me

I'm Yours!

[Aleph] Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD. (Psalms 119:1)

"No matter what it takes. I'm Yours."

Those words are pretty heavy if you ask me. Those words carry more weight than anyone (including myself) will ever imagine. Those are the words of someone that are willing to pay the price of what it means to have a life-long commitment with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. These are the words of unwavering commitment in the face of adversity, trials, and temptations.

God desires that we make that unwavering commitment to Him. NO MATTER WHAT. Are you faced with difficult times right now? Say....I'M YOURS. Are people spread vicious rumors about you and/or your loved ones? Say....I'M YOURS. Have you been stripped of everything in your life? Say....I'M YOURS. Are you unemployed and without money? Say...I'M YOURS. Is your health on the decline? Say....I'M YOURS. Are you dealing with a difficult boss at work? Say....I'M YOURS.

And the list of questions can go on and on and on. I'm sure you get the drift. It is so easy easy to say "I'm Yours" when it seems like life is going your way and in your favor. It is another my friends when we say "I'm Yours" when the world is collapsing under our feet and it seems like God is so distant. When we shout out the name of Jesus and we hear no answer when we go through some of the most difficult times of our entire lives. Is Jesus still yours?

That's a fair question to ask. Right? I know what it's like to wake up one day to have everything stripped from me. My health. My finances. The list goes on and on. When it feels like things are not going my way and things are not in my favor. Is Jesus still mine? We all know we have come full circle in our faith in God when we can endure the apparent silence, the apparent rejection, and the apparent insults in our lives.

I'm willing to pay the price of eternal life with my sweet Jesus. Are you willing to do the same? Are you also willing to say "No matter what it takes. I'm Yours"? When Jesus is yours, you take Him with you where you go. At home. At work. At church. Around the community you live in.

Wow! Another emotionally-charged and Spirit-filled post my friends from God's heart to yours. Thanks again for reading and following along with me. I want to bring to all of you I'm Yours by Planetshakers. May God continue to bless you and keep you all in Jesus' mighty name my friends! Jesus loves you and so do I!!! Here's the lyrics below...ENJOY!!!...:-)

Oh Lord
When I think of all You've done
My heart sings of Your love
That saved my soul
And made me whole
My life is Yours

Cause You paid the price
I give You my life, I'm Yours

So no matter what the cost
I will go for You
No matter what it takes, I'm Yours
Because You paid the price at Calvary
I give You my whole life, I'm Yours

Oh Lord
My everything to You I lift
My heart and soul I live
For You alone
I'm not my own
My life is Yours

I'm Yours
Jesus I am Yours
